1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website specified at bfarm.top, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on BFarm's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on BFarm's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. BFarm makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall BFarm or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on BFarm's website.

5. Intellectual Property

All site content, including text, graphics, logos, case studies, and methodology descriptions, is the property of BFarm unless otherwise credited. Reuse, republication, or commercial distribution of the materials requires prior written permission. Third-party trademarks, including "Amazon" and "Seller Central", remain property of their respective owners.

6. DMCA and Copyright Claims

BFarm responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law. If you believe that content on bfarm.top infringes your copyright, send a written notice to legal@bfarm.top including (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) the URL of the allegedly infringing material, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

7. Client Service Agreements

Engagement with BFarm for Amazon agency services is governed by a separate written service agreement between BFarm and the client. These Terms of Service apply to your use of the public website; they do not replace or override the terms of any active service agreement. Clients authorize access to their Amazon Seller Central accounts only under the terms of their written agreement.

8. Amazon Managed Services and Amazon Information

BFarm provides Amazon managed services to clients under a separate written service agreement. In providing those services BFarm handles information obtained from Amazon under access the client grants and can revoke, referred to here as Amazon Information. BFarm has no approved or active Amazon Selling Partner API application or production OAuth integration; any future API access would follow Amazon approval and a separate seller authorization.

The handling of Amazon Information — what is collected, how it is used, how it is protected, how long it is kept, and how it is deleted — is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is the controlling document for that subject. Nothing in these Terms grants BFarm any right to Amazon Information beyond what that policy and the client's written service agreement permit, and nothing in this section replaces or overrides the service agreement described in Section 7.

9. Termination

BFarm may terminate or suspend access to the website at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that BFarm believes violates these terms, harms other users, or exposes BFarm to legal or regulatory risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

BFarm may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the website following a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes affecting active client service agreements will be communicated to the client directly.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms of Service, and any dispute arising from your use of this website, are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. BFarm is a trading name of Maksym Lazuto, Individual Entrepreneur, registered in Kyiv, Ukraine. Any dispute not resolved informally is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your home jurisdiction provides otherwise. This section governs the public website only — disputes arising from an active Amazon agency service engagement are governed by the dispute-resolution terms of the separate written service agreement referenced in Section 7.
