Is there a minimum engagement?
The term is defined in the written service agreement after scope review. Single-session consulting and one-off audits are scoped separately.
Which marketplaces do you cover?
Primary: US, Canada, Mexico, UK, EU5 (DE/FR/IT/ES/NL), UAE. Japan and Australia on a case-by-case basis. Pan-EU FBA strategy available.
Is there a public price list?
Managed services start at USD 1,000 per month. Exact scope and price are defined in the written service agreement after the catalog, marketplaces, access needs, and cadence are reviewed.
Who will actually work on my account?
Maksym retains founder-level involvement and assigned specialists support the written scope. Named personnel, responsibilities, and least-privilege access are confirmed for the engagement.
Do you answer emails on weekends?
Communication and escalation cadence are defined in the written service agreement. BFarm does not publish a guaranteed weekend response time.
Do I need an existing Amazon account to engage?
Not for the initial conversation. Any Amazon account, eligibility, or access prerequisite is confirmed for the specific service before work begins.
